NoSheet is in early development ("alpha"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.
Your music, your responsibility
You may only upload, store, and share sheet music and other files that you have the legal right to use and share. Sharing music with an ensemble makes it available to that ensemble's members; make sure your licenses permit that. We respond to legitimate copyright complaints at hello@sheetsystems.com and may remove infringing content.
Your account
Accounts are identified by email address. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You can stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account and data by email.
The service, honestly
- This is alpha software. Features change, and despite real care (local-first storage, multiple data protections), bugs can exist. Keep copies of music you can't afford to lose.
- The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (currently: nothing, as the alpha is free).
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, other users, or the law.
Changes
We'll update these terms as the product matures and note the date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
