Terms of Service
NoSheet is in beta. By creating an account, using the app, or buying a plan you agree to these terms.
Your music, your responsibility
You may only upload, store, and share sheet music and other files that you have the legal right to use and share. Sharing music to a shared binder makes it available to that binder's members; make sure your licenses permit that. We respond to legitimate copyright complaints at hello@sheetsystems.com and may remove infringing content.
Your account
Accounts are identified by email address. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You can stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account and data by email.
Plans, payments and refunds
- The app is free on one device. Paid plans (Solo, Pro, Ensemble) add cloud storage and features described on sheetsystems.com; the current prices and what each plan includes are shown there and at checkout.
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: Paddle charges your payment method, collects any sales tax or VAT, and issues your invoice. Paddle's own terms apply to the payment itself.
- Plans renew automatically, monthly or yearly as you chose, until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account page; the plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for and does not renew after that.
- Refunds: any charge is refunded in full on request within 30 days, no questions asked. Email hello@sheetsystems.com or use Paddle's receipt link. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
- When a plan ends or you move to a smaller one, nothing is deleted. Your library stays on your devices and stays synced down; if you hold more than the new plan's storage, new uploads pause until you are under the limit or on a larger plan again. Shared binders you host keep working for their members.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; a change never applies to a period you already paid for.
The service, honestly
- This is beta software. Features change, and despite real care (local-first storage, multiple data protections), bugs can exist. Keep copies of music you can't afford to lose.
- The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, other users, or the law.
Changes
We'll update these terms as the product matures and note the date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
